These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Image Compressor: MB to KB (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Requested target size
Device capabilities
For target-size compression, the App is designed to attempt to produce an image at or below the selected target size while maintaining the best practical image quality.
We do not guarantee that every image-processing operation will produce a particular visual quality or result in every circumstance.
The App is designed to create processed output separately rather than intentionally overwriting your original image.
However, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important images and files.
We recommend verifying processed images before deleting or replacing any original files outside the App.
The App may allow you to save processed images to your device and share them through compatible applications installed on or available through your device.
When you choose to share an image, third-party applications or services may handle that image according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party applications or services you choose to use.
The App may store certain processing history or related information locally on your device to provide its features.
Removing an item from the App's local history may not delete a processed image that has already been saved separately to your device.
Clearing app data, uninstalling the App, or actions performed by the operating system may remove locally stored App information.
The App may request permissions when required to provide a particular feature on supported Android versions.
For example, certain older Android versions may require storage permission when you choose to save a processed image.
You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings, although doing so may prevent the affected feature from working correctly.
The App, including its original design, branding, software, and other materials provided by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files and reviewing processed images before relying on or distributing them.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to the App or particular features when reasonably necessary, including for legal, security, technical, or policy reasons, subject to applicable law.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information and images are handled when you use the App.
The Privacy Policy should be made available through the App and/or its Google Play listing.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, applicable requirements, or our practices.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the App after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
