This unit taps into the creativity of students. It allows them to transform photos into different forms of art. Many students end up developing a passion to use image editing software to manipulate images and determine their true potential. This unit will have students take six or more copyright friendly images and make modifications in Photoshop or Pixlr. They will watch many videos to determine what techniques they want to use on photos. Once they have determined which 6 different techniques they want to do, they must find images, make changes and then add them to a PowerPoint presentation. They will then put their presentation on their online portfolio.
