개인정보 처리방침
본 애플리케이션(이하 “앱/게임”)은 개인 개발자 k-magpie(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 비롯한 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱 이용 과정에서 처리될 수 있는 정보, 이용 목적, 제3자 제공(수탁) 및 이용자의 권리 등을 안내합니다.

개발자는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집·보관하지 않습니다. 다만 앱에 포함된 제3자 SDK(광고/결제/플랫폼 기능 등)가 아래 정보를 자동 수집할 수 있습니다.
광고/식별자 정보: 광고 ID(AAID/IDFA), IP 주소, 앱/기기 식별자, 언어/국가, 네트워크 정보
이용 정보: 세션 길이, 스테이지/점수/이벤트, 클릭/노출 로그, 오류/크래시 로그
대략적 위치: IP로 추정되는 국가/도시 수준 정보
로컬 저장(기기 내 저장):
최고점수, 설정(음악/효과음/진동/언어 등)은 기기 내에만 저장되며(예: PlayerPrefs), 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
앱 기능 제공을 위해 아래 제3자 서비스가 사용될 수 있으며, 각 서비스는 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Google AdMob (Google LLC) – 광고 게재, 성과 측정, 빈도 제한
Google Play Billing / Google Payments (Google LLC) – 인앱결제 처리(광고 제거 1회성 아이템), 구매 확인, 환불/취소 처리
Google Play Games Services – 리더보드/업적 (로그인 선택 시에만 적용)
제공자 개인정보 처리방침:
앱/게임 제공 및 운영(기능 제공, 버그 수정, 보안)
광고 제공(개인맞춤형/비개인맞춤형 광고, 성과 측정, 빈도 제한)
인앱결제 제공(광고 제거 아이템 구매 처리, 구매 내역 확인 및 재적용)
일부 지역(EU/EEA, 영국 등)에서는 광고 관련 데이터 처리 전에 동의를 받을 수 있습니다(예: Google UMP 동의).
앱은 광고 제거를 위한 1회성 인앱결제 아이템을 제공합니다. 결제는 Google Play의 결제 시스템(“Google Play Billing”)을 통해 처리됩니다.
개발자가 직접 수집하지 않는 정보:
개발자는 신용카드 번호, 계좌 정보 등 결제수단 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
처리될 수 있는 구매 관련 정보:
구매 이행 및 구매 여부 확인(광고 제거 적용)과 혜택의 재적용을 위해, Google로부터 다음과 같은 구매 관련 정보가 앱 또는 개발자에게 제공·처리될 수 있습니다.
구매한 상품의 식별자(상품 ID)
구매 확인을 위한 값(예: 구매 토큰)
거래 식별 정보(예: 주문 ID)
자동 재적용(복원):
사용자가 동일한 Google 계정으로 앱을 재설치하거나 기기를 변경한 경우, 앱은 Google Play의 구매 내역을 조회하여 필요 시 광고 제거 혜택을 자동으로 재적용할 수 있습니다.
서버 저장 여부:
개발자는 구매 관련 정보를 개발자 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 필요한 범위에서 앱 내에서만 처리합니다.
환불/취소:
환불/취소는 Google Play의 정책 및 절차에 따라 처리되며, 결제 관련 문의는 상단 이메일로 연락할 수 있습니다.
앱에 포함된 제3자 서비스 제공자는 서비스 제공을 위해 사용자의 국가 외 지역(예: 미국, EU 등)의 서버로 데이터를 전송·보관·처리할 수 있습니다. 각 제공자는 관련 법령에 따라 적절한 보호 조치를 적용합니다.
개발자는 개인정보를 직접 보관하지 않습니다.
로컬 저장 데이터는 사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 초기화할 때 즉시 삭제됩니다.
제3자 제공자는 자체 정책 및 법령에 따른 기간 동안만 데이터를 보관한 후 익명화하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음과 같은 방법으로 데이터 처리 범위를 관리할 수 있습니다.
광고 ID 재설정/삭제, 개인맞춤형 광고 제한
(해당 지역 적용 시) 동의 철회 및 데이터 관련 권리 행사(GDPR/CCPA/CPRA 등)
본 앱은 만 14세 미만(미국 COPPA의 경우 만 13세 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침을 변경하는 경우, 앱 내 공지 등 적절한 방법으로 고지합니다.

This application (the “App/Game”) is provided by the individual developer k-magpie (“Developer”). The Developer respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what data may be processed, why it is used, third-party sharing, and your rights.

The Developer does not operate developer-controlled servers and does not directly collect or store personal data. However, third-party SDKs included in the App (ads/billing/platform services) may automatically collect:
Advertising/Identifiers: Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA), IP address, app/device identifiers, language/region, network information
Usage Data: Session length, stage/score/events, click/impression logs, error/crash logs
Approximate Location: Country/city-level location inferred from IP
Local Storage (on-device only):
High scores and settings (music/SFX/vibration/language, etc.) are stored locally on the device only (e.g., PlayerPrefs) and are removed when the App is uninstalled.
The App may use the following third-party services. These providers may process data as necessary to provide their services:
Google AdMob (Google LLC) – Ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping
Google Play Billing / Google Payments (Google LLC) – In-app purchase processing (one-time “Remove Ads” item), purchase verification, refunds/cancellations
Google Play Games Services – Leaderboards/Achievements (only if you opt in and sign in)
Provider privacy policy:
Provide and operate the App/Game (functionality, bug fixes, security)
Deliver ads (personalized/non-personalized ads, measurement, frequency capping)
Provide in-app purchases (processing, verifying, and re-applying the one-time “Remove Ads” purchase)
In certain regions (EU/EEA, UK, etc.), consent may be requested before processing advertising-related data (e.g., Google UMP).
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase item to remove ads. Payments are processed via Google Play Billing.
What we do not collect:
The Developer does not collect or store payment method details such as credit card numbers or bank account information.
Purchase-related data that may be processed:
To fulfill and verify the purchase (applying “Remove Ads”) and re-apply the entitlement, Google may provide the app/Developer with limited purchase-related information such as:
Product identifier (SKU)
Verification value (e.g., purchase token)
Transaction identifier (e.g., order ID)
Automatic re-apply (restore):
If you reinstall the App or change devices while using the same Google account, the App may check your Google Play purchase history and automatically re-apply the “Remove Ads” entitlement when needed.
Server storage:
The Developer does not store purchase-related data on developer-controlled servers and processes it only as needed within the app.
Refunds/cancellations:
Refunds/cancellations are handled according to Google Play policies. You can contact us via the email above for support.
Third-party providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country (e.g., the US/EU) as part of providing their services. Providers apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable laws.
The Developer does not directly retain personal data.
Local data is deleted when the App is uninstalled or reset by the user.
Third-party providers retain data only as long as necessary under their policies and applicable laws, after which it may be anonymized or deleted.
You may manage certain data processing through device settings, including:
Resetting/deleting your advertising ID and limiting personalized ads
Withdrawing consent and exercising applicable rights where laws (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA, etc.) apply
The App is not directed to children under 14 (or under 13 under COPPA in the US) and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
We will notify users in the App or by other appropriate means if this policy changes.
