We will send you a name tag with a QR code. Please print the name tag and bring it with you to the venue. A name tag holder will be available at the registration desk. Please return name tag holders to us at the end of the event.
Please scan your QR code at the registration desk. Your participation certificate will be automatically sent to your email.
Staff members will be at the registration desk between 10:00-10:45.
Eating inside the main conference hall is not allowed. Only drinks in containers with lids (that will not open even if you drop the bottle) are permitted inside the hall. If you have drinks in cups, please do not bring them inside the hall.
UTokyo WiFi and eduroam are available at the venue.
IMPORTANT
If the system is not working and you do not receive your participation certificate, please notify the organizer during the conference. We will manually send you the participation certificate only if you notify us during the event. Requests after the event closing will not be accepted.
We will send you a zoom link in advance. Please set your user name to the one you used for the registration.
If you want to check your online audio quality, please connect to zoom at 10:30am.
