Thank you for choosing AI Chat Bot • Ask Assistant (“we”, “our”, “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the AI Chat Bot • Ask Assistant mobile application (the “App”), including how we use OpenAI’s API to deliver features.
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information from users of the App. Nothing you type into the App is stored by us on any server. You remain fully in control of your personal information, and we do not track or monitor how you use the App.
To provide intelligent responses, the App sends user input to OpenAI’s API (the service provided by OpenAI, LLC). The API processes text you submit and returns responses for display in the App.
When you use the App:
Your text is sent securely to OpenAI’s API to generate a response.
OpenAI processes that text to provide output to the App.
OpenAI’s infrastructure may temporarily retain API request and response data for service operation and abuse monitoring in accordance with their policies.
Important:
We do not control or store any of the OpenAI API request or response data.
We do not see or access your prompts or the responses beyond delivering them back to your device.
Data sent to OpenAI is not used by us for any other purpose.
If you choose to contact us at help.imapps@gmail.com, you may voluntarily share your email address and message content. We will only use that information to respond to your inquiry. We do not store or use this information for any other purpose.
We comply with all applicable laws regarding data protection and privacy. If required by law, we may disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.
