Isis Mikaili Hutchens is the lettering artist, creative educator, and community builder behind all @ILUVLETTERZ accounts. She is a native of Athens, GA, a '21 HBCU grad, and, believe it or not, a former middle school FACS teacher of 4 years.

Since October of 2024, Isis has consistently and wholeheartedly created for and connected with people and families in the Athens community by creating expressive hand-lettered artwork and initiating a variety of creative projects and programming--even in her classroom.

Isis was the recipient of AADM's Educator For Change award in February of 2026.

Most of Isis' work, though, has not been publicly recognized, paid for, or even been posted to her own accounts. However, the impact and impression has always been felt by whatever child, adult, school, family, or organization that experienced the letterz, programs, and/or personality of Isis Mikaili.

"If you know, you know" and "you just had to be there", pretty much!

In May of 2026, Isis took a huge step of faith and quit her full-time teaching job to fully and fearlessly step into her artistry and LUV for creativity and community. Now, an entrepreneur through I LUV LETTERZ, LLC., Isis continues to bring ideas and spaces to life with hand-painted lettering, signs, banners, murals, and creative programming.

By the way, Isis Mikaili means to be a fearless goddess... So FINALLY, this young woman is living by the meaning of her name.
