The Foundation's planned giving services provide opportunities for people or organizations to contribute outright, or pledge deferred gifts to meet their personal, family, or business philanthropic objectives. The gifts can be earmarked for a specific, immediate need, or allowed to grow so that the deferred needs of future generations can be addressed.
The Foundation enables individuals, couples, and organizations to use sound financial estate planning to make lifetime or deferred gifts to the school.
ILSEF assists the prospective donor by:
Assuring total accountability for the donor's God-given legacy. If a specific project is designated, monitors will assure that the donor's desires are carried out.

Doing estate planning through charitable giving.
Determining a suitable and appropriate asset gift.
Coordinating legal and financial counsels to ensure adherence to all laws and financial regulations.
Cash or appreciated stock.
A bequest through a will.
A gift of remaining assets in a retirement plan.
A gift of cash or appreciated assets in exchange for lifetime income.
A gift of a residence or a vacation home with the retained right to use the property during one's lifetime.
A gift of income through appreciated assets for a period of years, with the assets transferring back to the donor or the donor's heirs.
