Playful Moves

Playful Moves is a fun, welcoming creative movement course for adults aged 55+, starting 22nd April.

Across weekly relaxed sessions, we use playful drama games, gentle movement, storytelling and imagination to help people move a little more, meet others and have a good laugh. No experience needed and nothing too strenuous -  just a friendly, supportive space to enjoy being active and creative together.

• Runs for 6 weeks

• Has 20 fully funded spaces available

• Is free to attend

• Includes refreshments and a relaxed, social atmosphere

• 10:30- 12:00 acta Community Theatre, Bedminster.

Perfect for anyone who would like to get out, try something new, meet people and feel a bit more energised.
