1. Payment

• Commissions can be paid 100% upfront or, if you have a bigger Artwork in Order 50% upfront and 50% after approval of Sketch.
• Payment may only be sent after my confirmation to do your Commission.
• Payment currently only through Paypal in Euro Currency.

2. Process

• Provide at least one clear Image reference of the Character you want art of.
• Time taken to complete the Commission can vary from a week to months depending on the Type and Detail of the artwork, if you have a deadline let me know so I can check wether I can get it finished by that time.
• Progress on the Commission will be updated and can be requested at any time.
• If you want big changes during the process of completion after I already sent the Sketch you approved of there will be extra charges.

3. Completion

• Once the Commission is finished you'll receive the full-resolution image. Usually .png unless needed otherwhise.
• There's no physical product, it's a digital artwork -however you can print it. If you plan to print it let me know beforehand so I can use the right resolution and send you the right type of file!)

4. Refunds/Cancellation

• No refunds after the Commission is fully finished.
• Partial refund possible if you cancel after I sent the Sketch to be approved of.
• Full refund if you cancel before I sent the Sketch to be approved of.
• If you're getting a refund, don't request a Paypal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you myself!
• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any time when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all mentioned rights to the commissioned Piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. You will be blacklisted for commissioning me again if this happens.

5. Usage

• Don't claim to have created the artwork.
• Don't edit or change the artwork drastically, unless agreed on with me beforehand.
• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any social media, use it as a profile picture, print it etc. noncommercial uses.
• Commercial use must be mentioned and agreed to at the start of the Commission.
