❥ I have the right to post commissioned artwork to social media for promotional purposes. Nondisclosure agreements (NDA) may be discussed.
❥ Commission prices are based on Personal Use Only unless specified otherwise. Digital Commercial Use includes: V-Tubing promotional material, the artwork being used to create a V-Tuber or PNGTuber, having the artwork used on stream as assets, or as stream transitions. This also includes digital books, digital comics, etc. Merchandise Commercial Use includes: posters, stickers, standees, print books, acrylic keychains, body pillows, etc.
❥ Payment will be made via PayPal Invoice. Upon agreement, payment must be made within 24 hours. *Payment plans may be discussed. I will begin the commission when at least 50% of the total payment is received.
❥ Nonrefundable.
❥ Commissions will come watermarked. Editing/Altering the artwork is prohibited.
❥ Digital files are not shipped. You will receive your file(s) via email, Google Drive or Discord.
❥ Usage of the artwork in the form of selling or creating an NFT is prohibited. Usage of the artwork in the form of training AI is prohibited. Violators will be banned from receiving any commissions following.
❥  NO NSFW.  Suggestive content is OK as long as you're 18+
❥ Once the sketch phase has been approved, I will not make any significant changes to the artwork. Some edits will be taken into consideration. Extra fees may apply.
❥ Turnaround may be up to 3 months depending on circumstances. Waitlist & Rush Fees are available.
