Ilaria Malisan

Hi!

I am a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the Social Inclusion Lab, Dondena Centre, Bocconi University.

I am interested in the impact of Education, training and human capital on Labor market outcomes. I focus on unconventional paths to human capital acquisition.

In June 2024, I obtained my PhD in Economics from Collegio Carlo Alberto and University of Turin, under the supervision of Giovanni Mastrobuoni. 

I visited the Industrial Relations Section at Princeton University in Spring 2024, hosted by prof. Leah Boustan, and the Economics Department at Queen Mary University of London in Fall 2023, hosted by prof. Marco Manacorda.

Research interests: Applied microeconomics, Human Capital, Economics of Education, Labour Economics, Policy Evaluation
