Participants selected for paper or poster presentations will be duly notified through email by 17 February 2025. The author(s) whose abstracts are accepted for presentation must reply to our email confirming their participation to our email id ilaesfalf2025@gmail.com latest by 20 February 2025 and must complete the registration process by 25 February 2025 by filling out the Google form provided down with an authentic payment receipt for the Seminar failing which participation and poster/paper presentation will not be considered in ILAESFALF-2025. Participants who will be attending without presenting a paper/poster will also be required to submit the registration fee and complete the form.
The organisers WILL NOT provide any accommodation or TA/DA to the participants or the paper/poster presenters. The registration fee does not include accommodation charges. It does, however, cover a seminar kit, tea, working lunches for all three days, and the Conference Dinner. Only registered participants who successfully attend the seminar will be issued certificates of attendance.
To attend the workshop, interested participants must explicitly indicate their interest in the Registration form. Only the selected participants can join the one-day workshop, in addition to the seminar. Participants selected for the workshop will be duly notified. A separate certificate for the workshop will be issued to participants upon successful completion of the programme.

GUIDELINES FOR PAPER PRESENTERS
Candidates selected for the paper presentation must confirm their participation by 20 February 2025 by replying to the confirmation email. Candidates must register by submitting the respective Registration fee and completing the Google Form provided below by February 25, 2025. Failure to comply with the deadlines may result in the cancellation of participation. For the smooth conduct of the seminar, we kindly request that authors submit their PPTs by March 1, 2025. The authors are also advised to submit their full papers by 3 March 2025. Use the official Seminar email to submit PPTs and papers. If the presenters, after registering for the Seminar, are unable to present their paper, they will not be eligible to receive the certificate.
For each paper presentation, a maximum of 15 minutes (including 3 minutes for discussion) will be given to the presenter(s).
The papers should be typed in MS Word, Times New Roman, 12-point font, and single spacing with one-inch margins on all sides.
The first page of the paper must include the title of the paper (same as the abstract selected for the Seminar), the name & affiliation of all the authors, and the abstract.
The word count of the paper should fall between 4000-5000 words (excluding references, data, figures, and tables).

The Best Paper Presentation awards will be given to three offline paper presenters.
Candidates selected for online presentations also have to send their PPTs and papers according to the deadline.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Candidates selected for the Poster presentation must confirm their participation by 20 February 2025 by replying to the confirmation email. Candidates must register by submitting the respective Registration fee and completing the Google Form provided below by February 25, 2025. Failure to comply with the deadlines may result in the cancellation of participation. If the presenters, after registering for the Seminar, are unable to present their poster, they will not be eligible to receive the certificate.
Candidates selected for poster presentation should bring their own posters in print. We will provide stands for attaching posters for the duration of the respective poster presentation session.
Posters should adhere to the standard A1 size in portrait orientation. A1 size is 59.4 cm in width and 84.1 cm in height.
The poster must properly display the Title of the Poster, Name, Contact, and Affiliation of all the authors.
The poster must be readable from 2-3 feet away.
Images, tables, and charts used in the poster should be duly captioned.
The posters must be printed well before the date of presentation to avoid any last-minute hassle.
The Best Poster Presentation awards will be given to three poster presenters.

GUIDELINES FOR NON-PRESENTING PARTICIPANTS
Candidates who wish to attend the Seminar and/or the Workshop without presenting a paper or a poster must register by submitting the respective Registration fee and filling out a separate Google Form given below by 25 February 2025. Certificates would be provided to the participants.

Note: The organising committee will also consider publishing the selected articles in an edited volume with an ISBN or in a peer-reviewed journal. The information about the publication will be shared with the authors after the Seminar. Time will be provided to submit a reviewed and edited paper after the Seminar.
