Over the past 11 years, I have been working as a product designer creating new user experiences, enhancing SaaS web product performances, and solving user problems of mobile products across different industries catering to B2B and B2C markets and also working with big teams in consulting organizations like Deloitte Consulting solving problems for masses.
Having an excellent understanding of the business and user needs, setting user goals, and understanding user behaviour around the product. Performing user research, conducting user interviews, using the gathered information to build accurate user personas, archetypes, and user journeys, creating sitemaps, conceptual storyboarding, quick wireframes, and interactive prototypes usability testing of the products.
