A reference portal for students, mentors, and ATL in-charges. Data has been filtered & names have been changed to protect the privacy of individuals.
Innovation Store allows students to trade their inventions, innovations, designs, prototypes, tools & toolkits, ideas, research work, algorithms, code, creative artifacts, etc. with other students needing them. The Innovation Store allows every student-type to contribute with different types of creations. It encourages students to leverage each other's work, build on top of each other, and in turn helps in accelerating innovations coming out of the ATL. Students learn to collaborate and communicate with each other better. The Innovation Portal rewards both those who contribute, and those who leverage from others. It is a win-win for both parties.
A student who contributes to the Innovation Store (called "contributor" henceforth) earns initial reward points according to the type of contribution. Thereafter, every time a contribution is downloaded or used by another student (called "user" henceforth), both the contributor as well as the user will earn appropriate reward points. The contributor's reward points will be double that of user's reward points. The reward points will be assigned by the ATL in-charge on a regular basis. The reward points of all students along with student ranking can be viewed here.
