This policy explains how Shaboom ("the app"), a puzzle game for Android and iOS made by kurapika, handles your information.

2. Information the game stores on your device

Shaboom saves the following only on your device: your high score, your local top-10 leaderboard (the name you type for a run, its score and date), your game settings, and whether you accepted this policy. We never receive or upload this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

 We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, location, or any other personal information.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a full-screen ad after some game-overs, and an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch to reuse a power-up. To show and measure ads, Google may collect:

 - your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA where permitted)

- IP address and approximate location derived from it

- device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version)

- ad interactions (views, clicks) and diagnostic/crash data related to ads

Google uses this data to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure performance and prevent fraud, and — only if you consent — to personalise ads.

4. Your consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws)

When you first play, Google's consent form asks whether you allow personalised ads and data use by Google and its partners. The legal basis for personalised ads is your consent; if you decline, you may still see non-personalised ads, which Google may process on the basis of legitimate interests (e.g. fraud prevention and frequency capping).

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → PRIVACY OPTIONS inside the game. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your device settings.

5. Your rights

 Under the GDPR (and similar laws) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data on our servers, data-related requests about ads are best handled via Google (https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy); you can also contact us at [your email]. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Children

Shaboom is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Security and retention

Game data stays on your device. Advertising data is kept by Google according to its own policy.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and the game will ask you to accept the new version.
