I am a Researcher at the Business School of the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics (Methods and Models for Economic Decisions) from the University of Insubria (Italy). I have received prestigious fellowships at the M.Phil. and Ph.D. levels from the African Economic Research Consortium (Kenya), the University of Insubria (Italy), and York University (Canada). 

My research interests span Development Economics, International Economics, and Applied Econometrics. In my research, I employ machine learning, microsimulation, and traditional econometric techniques to address social progress issues. My research works in machine learning have been published in the Journal of the Knowledge Economy, Applied Artificial Intelligence, and the Handbook on Engineering Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence. My recent contributions to the income inequality, poverty, and environmental sustainability literature have appeared in handbooks and leading journals such as The Palgrave Handbook of Africa's Economic Sectors, Energy Economics, Research in Globalization, Economic Systems, Journal of Multinational Financial Management, and the International Review of Applied Economics.
