Services and Rates

Service Rates:

• General labor: $50/hour, 1 hour minimum

• Window Panes at $8-$10/pane

• High labor work (sprinkler stop and waste valves, certain automotive work, etc.): $80/hour

Services (including but not limited to):

• Minor electrical (new outlets, light fixtures, WIRELESS 3 way switches, etc.)

• Minor plumbing and repair (leaky faucet, toilet installation,etc.)

• Sprinker system repair and installation (replacing sprinkler heads, installing new timer, drip system, valve replacement, system design and maintenance, etc.)

• Window washing (hard water removal, hard to reach spots, indoor and out, etc.)

• Certain landscaping (brushcutting, trimming, etc.)

• Furniture installation (bookshelves, desks, shelving systems, etc.)

• Automotive maintenance and repair (I come to you!) (replace parts, change fluids, etc.)

• Light carpentry (deck repair, small projects, etc.)

• Honey-Do lists (lightbulb replacement, smart-home installation, any other job needing done around your home!)
