How to Delete Your IkhtiarSG Account

You can permanently delete your IkhtiarSG account directly within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the IkhtiarSG app and sign in to your account.

2. Tap the Profile icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Scroll down and select Delete Account.

4. Review the information provided and tap Delete to confirm your request.

Alternatively, if you are unable to access your account or experience any issues, you may contact our support team at admin@ikhtiar.sg to request account deletion.

Upon successful deletion, your account and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. However, certain content you have contributed to IkhtiarSG, such as surau listings, photographs, location information, descriptions, or other community-contributed information, may be retained where it is no longer associated with or identifiable to your account. Such content may continue to be displayed on the platform for the benefit of the community. 

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to comply with legal obligations. Any retained data will be securely deleted once it is no longer required.
