"The founding tales speak of an Ursus, a large predecessor and mythical bear, guiding the founding fathers to this land. The ruins had long since been tangled by flora, and the land was thick and forested. Here, the founding fathers began to build the city on this river's shores. Then they built the bridge to cross the wide current. A wonderful place, built to withstand the pains of a shadowed world. Thus is how the national animal of this land came to be the mighty bear. Hmm? You're worrried of the bears? Worry not, the river at this point is too wide, their stomping ground is further in land, and the people only have protection here as long as the creatures go unharmed."
