1. The Journal provides a global platform for discussion, perspectives and research on Ayurveda and Traditional Medicinal Knowledges.IJATM focuses on Integrative approach and welcomes articles from all medical perspectives.The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for linking traditional knowledge with the latest advancements in science. Preferences are given for contributions that interface Ayurveda with disciplines like botany, ethnobotany, ethnomedicine, ethnopharmacology, biology, biotechnology, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, phytochemistry, pharmacognosy, clinical research, animal experiments and the like.

2. Articles on traditional medicines from the perspective of history of medicine, medical anthropology, medical sociology, epidemiology and community medicine will also be accepted. Original literary studies covering aspects of linguistics, philology, literary criticism and critical editing of the original writings of Ayurveda and other traditional systems of medicine will also be accepted for publication.

• Indexing system (ANY TWO OF THEM) To be recognized by reputed indexing system: Web of Science, Scopus, Scholar, Pubmed, Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN).
• No page charges, processing fee, reviewing fee and open access charge.
• Research performance focus should be given on scientific content rather than publication metrics. (DORA Recommendations). Prioritize on Thomson Reuters (Science Citation Index, Impact Factor), Scopus, Scimage (h index, SJR), Google Scholar (citation record and h5-index). Ensure Journal to be indexed in at least three of reputed Metrics agencies.
• Effort in rigorous blind review from external experts (IISER framed guidelines to judge the quality of publication).
• Publish true, correct and vital information on websites (COPE Guidelines, ICMJE, Council of Science Editors).
• Maintain the Good Publication Practice, manuscript go through a series of stepwise screening by Editorial, Reviewers. Scanned with anti plagiarism software: Turnitin, Grammarly, Intranslate.
