Author Guidelines & Submission

1. The abstract must be in one paragraph and no longer than 150 - 250 words long. The abstract must be written either in English or Malay and must be free of spelling and grammar errors. A good abstract includes a background, problem statement, description of innovation, objective, novelty, benefits to society or advantages, and so on.

2. Please prepare your extended abstract in MS Word, using the *.docx format, and ensure it is written in English. For guidance, refer to the provided template.

3. Your write-up shall not exceed 4 pages.

4. Name your extended abstract with your Registration ID. For example: JMXXX (XXX is your Registration ID).

1. Video of presentation must be in English with the maximum duration of 10 minutes. Marks will be deducted if the video exceeds the timeframe.

2. Each submitted video must start with the official i-JaMCSIIX 2025 clip, which is available for download via the following link: Intro: IJaMCSIIX 2025 Video Clip.

3. Please upload the video presentation to your own YouTube and send the video presentation link in Google Form. Set the video page to "public or unlisted".

4. If you are unable to upload your video to YouTube due to copyright issues, please upload it to Google Drive instead and set it to “Editor” with open access. Then attach the Google Drive link in the Google Form.
