My philosophy is that when students are encouraged to come up with different ideas without the fear of being judged whether their idea is right or wrong, they are more engaged and show interest in the subject. They will begin to actively participate in discussions, ask questions and are regular to class. Subjects like Engineering, math and history are best taught through creative means when students are prompted to come up with varied ideas.
