Dark Allegiance.

Upon hearing the Protectors' explanation, Yash remained skeptical. In response, the Protectors invited him to witness the dark spirit firsthand. Yash agreed and accompanied the Protectors to the burnt building.

Upon arrival, the Protectors instructed Yash to enter the building with Atharva, who was still confined in a sack. As Yash entered the building, a dark smoke materialized out of nowhere, hurling him out of the structure. Undeterred, Yash re-entered the building to rescue Atharva. However, Atharva was nowhere to be found. Despite searching the entire building, Yash found neither Atharva nor the mysterious black smoke.

Upon exiting the building, Yash encountered Dhruv, who had been informed of the situation by other Protectors. Dhruv extended an invitation to Yash to join the Protectors, emphasizing the power and influence of the dark smoke he had witnessed. Convinced by what he had seen, Yash accepted Dhruv's offer. To maintain his new allegiance, Yash deceived Divya about the incident, switching his allegiance from the Explorers to the Protectors.
