YLS Marketing 

Task 1: WhatsApp Group Marketing 

 Zonal Head's Responsibility:

1. 1. Create a WhatsApp Message: Zonal Heads will draft a standardized WhatsApp message for event promotion.

Message Distribution:

1. Receive the Message: Ensure you have received the WhatsApp message from your Zonal Head. 

2. Forward to UG College Groups: Post this message in your respective undergraduate college groups. (you can post in multiple groups)

Proof of Promotion:

Screenshot Evidence:

1. 1. Take a screenshot of the message posted in your college group.

   2. Take another screenshot showing the number of participants in the group.

Document Preparation:

1. Create a PDF: Compile the screenshots into a single PDF file. (can be for multiple whatsapp groups)

   • Tools: You can use online tools like Smallpdf or Adobe Acrobat, or your device's built-in PDF functionality.

Submission:

1. Upload the PDF: Submit the PDF file via the provided Google Form link.

Deadline:

• Submission Deadline: Ensure you complete and submit all tasks by 6th July 11:59PM.

Point System for WhatsApp Group Marketing Task

1. Message Posting: 100 points

2. Bonus Points: Up to 450 points 

Note: Deadline for YLS registration is 18th July. Messages sent before midnight are evaluated.

Task 2: YLS Registration 

Get Registrations:

1. Website: Direct participants to register at https://unstop.com/conferences/young-leaders-summit-yls-vista-2024-iim-bangalores-international-business-summit-iim-bangalore-1026948

2. Multiple Submissions Allowed: You can submit multiple entries in the Google Form. https://forms.gle/qwGSwwPFDz3xtEKs6

3. Points for Registrations:

   • 4 registrations per day: 1050 points

   • Minimum 5 registrations: 950 points

   • Additional registrations: Bonus points for each registration

Documentation:

1. Excel File: Create an Excel sheet with the names and email IDs of the participants you registered.

2. Upload: Submit the Excel file via the Google Form to get rewarded. 

Zonal Head's Responsibility:

1. Monitor and Support: Ensure each ambassador registers at least 4 participants daily.

2. Weekly Check-ins: Conduct weekly check-ins with ambassadors to track progress.

3. Provide Assistance: Offer help and guidance to ambassadors facing challenges in getting registrations.

4. Ensure every ambassador assigned to you has registered. You will be graded on that basis. 

Deadline:

Deadline for YLS registration is 18th July. 

Task 3: Instagram Marketing 

Create Reels:

1. Promote YLS: Create engaging reels to promote the Young Leaders Summit.

2. Use Previous Reels: If you have created reels as part of a previous task, you can reuse them.

3. Share on Social Media: Post the reel on your Instagram and other social media platforms.

Proof of Promotion:

1. Google Form Submission: Submit the link to your reel via the provided Google Form.

2. Engagement: Take a screenshot of the reel's engagement (likes, comments, shares) and submit it.

• Creating and Posting Reel: 1000 points

• Engagement Bonus: Up to 500 points based on engagement metric
