When you begin an Order, you are to pay upfront before the order begins. This is to ensure that all funds are properly secured, in case of scamming.
Once the payment is complete, the order will begin. If the order takes longer than 2 weeks to complete you will receive half of your payment back. Unless the order has more than 15 uniforms.
I reserve the right to cancel, reject, or refund any order.
When you order, unless asked/told there will be a 50 robux upcharge for every uniform. This is because of a taxation of priority. This is to ensure that all my commissions are prioritized over design server orders.
When paying for an order. A regular uniform will cost 100 robux, plus any taxation on the order. 50 per piece, plus any taxation on the order.
In order to refund an order, there are two things that must be REQUIRED before you request a refund, it must one; happen in the first week of ordering. The robux may take longer to come in, but you will receive the money once requested, and two; the order must not be started before requesting a refund.
You may resell my products, for an upcharge of 250 robux. You may NOT resell any commission unless you have the correct licensing. If you are caught reselling any product without a resell license, you will be blacklisted from ordering commissions, and required to remove any product that was made by iiHidden_Dev. Failure to do so will result in a permanent blacklist.
