Library Rules for Students

• Every student shall be provided with two books for home reading.

• The book shall be issued for a period of seven days.

• Reference books viz. encyclopedia, dictionaries, year books, loose issues of periodicals-journals will not be issued. They are for referencing in the library only.

• If any student is found tearing, stealing or defacing books/journals, the cost of the book will be recovered as a penalty.

• Books, periodicals and any other material that have been taken out of the library are liable to be recalled at any time and when so recalled they must be returned at once.

General Rules

• The library will ordinarily remain open on week days from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30  p.m.

• Every user of the library has to sign in the Visitors Register while entering in the library.

• Student shall keep silence within the library

• While entering in the library, mobile phones are to be kept on silent mode.

• Food and drinks are not permitted in the library.

• Students are liable for punishment, if they are found damaging the library property.
