Impromptu Update: Each prelim will feature two prompts per speaker. Conversely, the finals will use the same two prompt options for each speaker in the round.  Themes: Round 1...Proverbs. Round 2...Quotations from Banned Authors. Round 3...Quotations from Fictional Characters. Finals...Short and Long Quotations.
