I warmly welcome you all to the company International Innovation Engineering Enterprise (IIEE). I hope you and your family are keeping well and taking the necessary measures to protect yourselves during these unprecedented times induced by the COVID-19pandemic. On behalf of the IIEE it is my privilege to present to you our excellent services in our country's engineering sector.

Despite a challenging economy, the Company delivered a healthy performance by focusing on margins and export business. We are glad that the improvement in profitability was in line with the guidance provided by us before.

The Company has maintained its leadership position and continues to have a strong order book on the back of a robust demand environment for its products globally. We have negotiated with clients and formal purchase orders are awaited.

Furthermore Infrastructural and R&D facility enhancement in Unit 1 Unit 2 which was scheduled to be completed by June 2022 will now be completed by Sept 2023. Phase 1 expansion at Madaripur Economic Zone will now be over by Oct. 2021. comprising the construction of the assembly and paint plant is expected to complete by November 2021 as scheduled. These expansions and facility enhancement will tremendously boost the manufacturing capability in export as well as domestic plants and significantly reduce the dependency of export business on domestic manufacturing facilities. This would in the future pave way for domestic as well as export businesses to independently plan their growth.

To summarize despite the seven weeks stop due to the pandemic the Company could achieve healthy performance. Though the current pandemic situation and the second wave have been more terrible than the first one I expect a better outlook for FY 2021-22. I hope the current crisis subsides and that normalcy return by the end of this calendar year as the vaccination rate picks up in the country.

I would also like to bring to your notice that the Company has come up with an ESOP plan for its employees and now 120 employees are partners with the organization. With their involvement in the Company's growth, we are looking for significant improvement in all aspects of the Company.

I would like to show my gratitude towards the Board and the entire team for their continued support and belief. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our investors customers banks vendors and all other stakeholders for their constant support.
