The Hideaways

The Hideaways is based on the Diary of Anne Frank. It's a game of a family living together in a small place as war surrounds them. It immerses student into the experience of living in a war zone and hiding from the war. Allow students to struggle to survive in horrible conditions and live to tell their experience. By the end students will feel like they went through a war. It opens up many discussions or further writing assignments about life in a war zone, the struggles of hiding, and the feelings of being trapped with no way out.
