IICS consists of a team of young entrepreneurs who want to bring a positive change in the education system so that education can be accessible to all the cadres. IICS has observed a few gaps in our society and education system which requires immediate intervention to uplift the society and system which are :

  • The traditional way of studies includes a theory-based approach without getting the practical implications.

  • Study institutions not coping up with Job market requirements.

  • Quality Education is not affordable to all the masses.

  • Lack of personal work-life balance resulting in Home conflicts, depression, anger, suicide, etc.

IICS came into existence by providing one-stop solutions to all the above-mentioned problem statements by providing one-stop mentoring coaching and training solution which can provide career direction to young workforce and professionals, brings innovation in the field of education, provides latest updates and skill development as per market requirement. The modules are designed in such a way so that Smart education provided by highly trained coaches can be accessed by the lower-class workforce and they can also work more smartly in their work and business areas.
