Fees & Payment Instructions
Please read the cancellation policy and exclusion of liability before making a payment.
Cancellation Policy
1) Must be notified (via email) to the Conference Secretariat.
2) All banking charges must be borne by the registrant.
3) Any cancellation made within 30 days from the conference date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge including Bank charges that occurred also must be borne by the registrant.
4) No refund will be made for cancellation or no show after 13 August 2021.
Exclusion of Liability
The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
To make payment, please read the payment condition and mode of payment. The deadline for the payment is on 10th September 2021.

Before payment is made, please obtain the acceptance letter & paper ID as proof of acceptance, and after payment is made, please upload the documents alongside the payment receipt.
1) Acceptance letter.

You can choose from the following to make the conference fee payment.
1) Bank Transfer

Copy of payment slip is required as proof of bank remittance.
2) Credit Card/Debit Card Payment
The credit card/debit card system only accepts payments in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) therefore please convert your home currency to Malaysian Ringgit first before making the payment. Payment fees are varied between Malaysian/Japanese and Other Participants, thus please choose accordingly when making a payment. We have a limitation with our credit card/debit card system. The system can accommodate payment for 1 paper only. Thus, any additional papers are only payable through payment mode 1) Bank transfer.

3) Cheque or Bank Draft
Payable to “Bendahari UMS”. Please indicate participant(s) name(s) and ref: IICAIET2021 at the back of the cheque/bank draft and courier to the secretariat.
