Join the discussions - be part of the solution - at iHV Leadership Conference 2026
This year's annual iHV Leadership Conference 'Voices that Matter: Leading Impact in Health Visiting' will be held on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at The King's Fund, 11 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN - With options to join us in-person, or online, to give you flexibility.
In a rapidly changing world, the voices and experiences of babies, children and families have never mattered more. Equally important are the voices of the practitioners who support them every day, seeing the reality of family life across the UK, and bringing professional insight, advocacy and leadership to some of the most pressing health, social and economic issues facing our society.
Voices that Matter: Leading Impact in Health Visiting celebrates the power of leadership, collaboration and partnership to create healthier futures for the next generation.
Bringing together leaders, practitioners, researchers and parent voices from across the UK, this conference will explore how leadership, collaboration and innovation are driving progress across health visiting, public health and the earliest years. Through inspiring speakers, practical examples and shared learning, delegates will gain fresh perspectives, make new connections and discover approaches that are creating lasting impact for children and families.
As we work towards building the healthiest generation of children ever, the conference will challenge us to think differently about impact, focusing not simply on what can be measured, but on what matters most to parents, babies and children. Through inspiring examples and practical insights, delegates will explore how we can demonstrate meaningful change in the complex realities of practice, place families at the heart of service design, and ensure every voice is heard.
A dedicated Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (PIMH) strand will showcase pioneering universal, targeted and specialist practice, with a particular focus on giving the infant a voice and championing babies' needs, experiences and rights across services, systems and policy.
The programme will also explore how we strengthen the health visiting workforce and nurture the next generation of leaders, highlighting the skills, innovation and leadership needed to drive change and improve outcomes for children and families across the UK.
Together, we will amplify the voices that matter most and inspire action that makes a lasting difference for children and families.
We hope that you can join us!
