Communicate planned absences with the head coach
Email head coach with any questions or concerns
Refrain from coaching from the sideline
Let your player play-Let them know it is okay to give their all and fail-Teach perseverance

The best thing you can say to your player after a game is "I LOVE TO WATCH YOU PLAY."
