Over the two-month course, Bittu mastered core cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), gained hands-on experience provisioning and managing AWS resources, and implemented containerization workflows using Docker. The training also covered the design and deployment of CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications and deepened understanding of security best practices—including secure credential management and network segmentation—equipping Bittu to architect, deploy, and scale robust cloud solutions in real-world environments.

I completed Coursera’s Software Development Processes and Methodologies course, where they explored the full lifecycle of software projects—from requirements gathering and system design through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Over the program, Bittu gained hands-on familiarity with traditional and agile frameworks (including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban), learned to model workflows and processes using UML diagrams, and practiced continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline releases. They also studied risk management techniques, quality assurance strategies, and team-based communication methods, equipping them to lead or contribute effectively to software projects of any size or complexity.
