On both the truck tension bolts and the Z-Axis tension bolts, you really do need to make super small adjustments (again, as Ryan instructs). At first I was making 4 adjustments to spin the bolt 1 full turn, by the time I was getting it right, I was making more like 16 to spin the bolt that same amount.
If you tighten the green clamp - the core position on the X axis is affected (it moves away from the green arrow) - which in turn affects the Y trucks motion. So in effect, the 2 clamps affect the perpendicular trucks.

Your trucks are done. So just work on the core. Loosen the clamps all the way on the core. Move the whole assembly around for twenty seconds being a little aggressive with it (not fast, but try to move things). Put it back in the middle, check and tighten the blue bolt, the outer bolt. Start with the axis that is the furthest off.

But where can you find Primo? I had to swing around to the parking lot in the back behind the restaurant. But when I did, the ambiance was modern backyard casual.
