1. How will I receive the study notes?

Our system is 100% automated. Immediately after your payment is successful, a "Download" button will appear on your screen. You will also receive an email from Instamojo containing the download link for your PDF.

2. Are these notes updated for the 2026 Exams?

Yes. All our notes are updated according to the latest IGNOU syllabus and include solved papers/important topics relevant to the upcoming June/December [2026] Term-End Exams (TEE).

3. Can I print these PDFs?

Absolutely. Our PDFs are standard files that you can print at any local photocopy shop or read on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

4. What if I lose the email with the download link?

5. Are these notes available in Hindi or English?

Currently, these notes are available in Hindi. Please check the product title before purchasing to ensure you are buying the correct medium.

6. I paid, but the download didn't start. What should I do?

Sometimes, slow internet can delay the redirect. Please check your Email Inbox (and Spam Folder) for an email from Instamojo. If you still don't see it, contact our support team immediately.

7. Do you provide a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Because these are digital PDF files that can be saved instantly, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete. We recommend downloading our "Free Sample" on the homepage before buying the full version.
