All learners who have applied for the Term-End Examination-December 2025 are advised to download their Hall Ticket / Admit Card from the Samarth Portal using the login details they created while filling out the Term-End Examination-December 2025 form.

Submission of assignments will start from 16th September, 2025 (Tuesday) and it will end on 29th October,2025 (Wednesday). MAJEM & MAJDM Viva-Voce Examination (Registration Process) 

IGNOU Study center 2842 will be held the viva voce examination of MNMP-1, MJMP-120, MJML-120, MJML-121, MJML-122, MNML-12 & MNMP-12 on 31st August,2025 (Sunday). so learners want to appear this examination must register themselves through google form link as per instruction and follow each step of the instructions below. 

Instructions:

1.      Register your name by this Google form (https://forms.gle/9vFmTGt2B8DocmiK7) and upload softcopy links (content of Pen Drive) within 24th August, 2025 and make sure that someone can access your file after clicking on your link. Because this link will be sent to the head office of IGNOU for future verification. Follow Google form instruction for more details.

2.      Only those candidates who have filled the Term-end-exam form of June, 2025 for MNMP-1, MJMP-120, MJML-120, MJML-121, MJML-122, MNML-12 & MNMP-12 viva voce (practical examination), only those candidates will fill up this registration form.

3.      Students will report to the IGNOU study center-2842 on the specified day and time according to the practical viva time schedule. 

4.      Carry your IGNOU Identity Card & Hall Ticket (Term-end-exam June, 2025) when appear the viva-voce examination.

5.      Candidates must bring their hard copy of Portfolio (MNMP-1, MJMP-120, MJML-120, MJML-121, MJML-122, MNML-12 & MNMP-12) for audio-visual and viva voce examination. 

6. Students of the following courses — MJML 22, MJML 122, MJMP 20, and MJMP 120 — who have already submitted their dissertation copy at the Study Centre-2842 or are going to submit it there, do not need to upload any file in this Google Form. They are requested to fill out the registration form only to confirm their willingness to appear for the examination.

IGNOU Term-end-exams will be held from 02.12.2024 to 09.01.2025, with exams scheduled from 10 a.m. to 01 p.m. and 02 p.m. to 05 p.m. IGNOU Study Centre-2842 will be open on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) during this period for exam-related tasks, except on holidays. Please note that the study centre will remain closed on all Sundays throughout the Term-end examination in December 2024. We kindly request you to refrain from visiting the study centre on Sundays during this exam period. After the exams, the office hours will revert to the regular schedule. IGNOU has received various representations from the students of PG Programmes regarding UGCNET examination being held on 18.06.2024 (which was earlier scheduled on 16.06.2024). To safeguard the interest of the learners and to provide them equal opportunity, the Competent Authority has kindly consented to reschedule the entire set of Examination to be held on 18.06.2024 Tuesday to 23.06.2024 i.e. SUNDAY. It may kindly be noted that there will be NO TERM END- EXAMINATION of IGNOU on 18.06.2024 at any of the Examination Centres across the Country as well as Abroad. Necessary changes in the hall tickets of the concerned learners are being made. You are requested to download the revised hall ticket from IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in

Notice for Viva-voce Examination

This is to notify that the viva-voce examination will be held on 25.02.2023 (Saturday) and 26.02.2023 (Sunday). The viva-voce examination for MAJMC will be conducted at  11:00 a.m. onwards, while for PGJMC, it will be conducted on 26.02.2023 (Sunday) at 09:00 a.m. onwards.

It is important to note that only those students who have submitted their softcopy as per the previous notice through the given Google link are eligible to appear for the viva-voce examination.

All the eligible students are must bring following documents during examination.

·         Hardcopy of MJML-020, MJML-021 portfolios

·         An audio-visual CD/DVD/Pen drive containing their project work.

Notification for Submission of Assignment 

All the students are hereby notified that the submission of hard-copy assignments will commence from 20th March,2021 and last date of submission is  31st March 2021 at office of IGNOU Study Centre-2842. Notification for Term-End-Examination December 2020

The IGNOU Term-end-Exam December, 2020 is starting from next 8th February, 2021 (Monday) so all the examinees are being informed that everyone should bring the admit card or hall ticket along with the identity card obtained by their IGNOU.  Please maintain COVID-19 protocol prescribed by the Government of India has to be followed. In this case, all the examinees are requested to wear a face mask and maintain the prescribed distance in examination hall.
