Ignite Hope's culture is to invite each person to be growing in their relationship with Christ by growing with others who are growing spiritually. Below, you can find different ways fo connecting with others!
Here's the thing: God actually exists. He really cares about each one of us. He desires the very best for us all. He has the power to do anything, way beyond what any of us could possibly imagine. So... if we really believe that, then we're going to talk to Him. We're going to listen for His direction for our lives. And we're not going to wait until we've exhausted every other conceivable option before including Him in the conversation. This is what it means to have an identity of prayer: that we're going to go to God first. If you want to understand that a little more, tap the button "Identity of Prayer."
Each one of us has unique skills and interests that God designed in us. These things aren't a trivial part of who you are. You were created uniquely and that uniqueness brings an incredible perspective on this world that only you can offer. We'd love to get to know you better, and learn from how you are growing in your own relationship with God. Tap the Never Alone button to share how you may like to match your own interests and abilities with others.
We consider the older members of our community to be our most cherished and honored blessings. And while it would be exhausting to them if we offered them the attention that they deserve; we invest, at the minimum, one Wednesday hour each month, to focus our attention on those who are more than 60 years of age. If you are a senior citizen, we would be honored to have you join us. Or, if you are not yet a senior citizen but want to join us in celebrating the lives and value of those older friends and family, tap the Senior Soup Potluck button.
You can see when our next Senior Potluck is by checking out our calendar of events.
If you've passed by Ignite Hope during any weekday, you'll see high school age teens hanging around outside of our building. This is because they have found that we are safe. We don't condemn, shame, or reject them. We demonstrate (in whatever ways that we can) that we care. Our goal is to develop relationships with each one of these young people. We want to show them that they are valuable. We want to encourage them to invest positively in themselves as we invest in them. We want them to experience the love of Jesus. Tap the Youth Outreach button to find out how you can be involved. Or, you can talk to Mark or JoLeah.
