Ignite Culture, the ACP-EU Culture Programme (EA), is a grant facility being implemented by HEVA in partnership with the British Council Kenya and the financial contribution of the European Union, and with further support from the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS).

The first application call in 2021 resulted in a successful cohort of 19 grantees. Their creative and cultural businesses have already hit the ground running on their granted projects and this portfolio is your one-stop access to any and all events tied into the grantee projects.

This innovative grant facility has been specially designed to support creative and cultural organisations in Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
