The Civic Engagement Committee organizes personal and professional development opportunities for IGNITE members. We host industry panels, mentorship programs, and volunteering opportunities. Our goal is to provide members with the skills and resources they can leverage in their advocacy work and career aspirations.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee focuses on fostering an equitable and inclusive environment within IGNITE. Some of our work includes writing weekly land acknowledgments and collaborating on research with the Policy Committee. Through these efforts, DEI aims to ensure that IGNITE remains a welcoming and supportive space for all members.

The Events Committee focuses on community building within IGNITE. We host an annual weekend retreat for members, club socials, professional networking events, and weekly community-bonding activities and games. 

The Finance Committee spearheads fundraisers, grant-writing, and otherwise raise funds for IGNITE advocacy, professional, and social events. We assist other committees with their projects and events by securing and mobilizing resources and addressing the backend financial aspects of advocacy work. Some of our events include clothing drives, flea markets, Valentine's Day treats, and more.

The Marketing Committee creates engaging content that educates people throughout the UCLA community and beyond. We collaborate with influential creators and organizations to amplify IGNITE's impact. Our goal is to spread awareness about IGNITE and make our initiatives accessible to a larger audience.

The Outreach Committee builds relationships with our broader community in order to amplify IGNITE's impact. Additionally, we manage the organization's finances and fundraising efforts. We are currently leading an education campaign that provides marginalized groups on campus with essential knowledge about sexual violence resources.

The Policy Committee primarily focuses on planning advocacy initiatives, conducting research, lobbying politicians, writing policy materials, and holding meetings with campus stakeholders.
