Meet the Founder - Chloe-Ann Shaw

As an ENFJ (Myers-Briggs) and a Specialist (DISC), the desire to help individuals succeed is one of the highest priorities of Chloe-Ann's life.

With high intuition, she naturally looks beyond face value and asks questions that unlock hidden meanings and ideas and bring to light things obscured. As she analyzes and sort the facts, she is able to take something complicated and bring about clarity and simplicity. An affinity to harmony also gives her the ability to help differing individuals catch the vision and rally to accomplish the task at hand.

Chloe-Ann has made her mark providing market research, financial planning, and start-up assistance to the dance company, Tropicaleiza, based in California. She has built financial presentations for board meetings as well as performed financial analysis and planning for NewGen Surgical, a medical device manufacturer located in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has conducted market research and data analysis to provide strategies to increase sales for wine company, Dos Hemisferios, Ecuador, and she has served in the accounting department at the Houses of Parliament, Jamaica.
