1● First and foremost, if there is any problem or inconvenience with any of my posts, such as if it was directly offensive/uncomfortable for you, if any credit is unclear, or anything similar, I invite you to contact me via DM so we can talk about it calmly.

I have no problem correcting any mistake or misunderstanding; please let me know so I can fix it as soon as possible. I do not wish for conflicts and I would much rather settle matters through DMs without talking behind anyone's back.

Something that would genuinely make me very sad and upset is being involved in a problem that could have been easily avoided and solved with a private mature conversation. I am a reasonable person and I have no desire to harm anyone — at least not intentionally — and I also don't want to be harmed. If I make a mistake, I am genuinely interested in making amends if is needed and deserved.

I clarify that for matters of no real importance or without any actual offense, I reserve the right to decide how to handle them. For example, if you ask me to take down a post simply because you find it offensive without a reasonable justification, or because you dislike or hate that I made artwork of a character that does not belong to you, I may choose not to comply.

2●  All my characters are portrayed as being 18+ years old.
Please keep in mind that "petite" body types can exist in adults.

If I ever make or I am commissioned to create any loli character or OC, it will be done strictly as a +18 version with more adult features. My limit is to make them with an adult petite body type and a very small or flat chest with signs of adulthood, since adult women with little or no bust do exist in real life

3●  I want to make it clear here that I do not claim the original authorship of any model/card that I did not personally create. I only claim the editing work I have done over it. Also, I am not using the original model that belongs to you.

4●  I believe that I am not directly using your model, but rather parts like the hair and clothing, which I probably also edited. Therefore, I do not think I am committing any offense. Still, I'm sorry for that that you feels, it's not my intention

The only exception would be if I have an OC model that wasn’t purchased and it was provided directly by its original creator and/or owner. In that case, I always ask if I am allowed to freely create fanart, what restrictions might apply, if I can do commissions with it, and if I can monetize content based on my edits.

5● I'm sorry, but unfortunately, I do not share/sell/distribute my models and/or edits.

There is only one specific case in which I gave a model, and it involved particular and exceptional circumstances. 

What I can do is share the original base I used, ONLY IF I obtained it from the internet. If it's an OC model that I received directly from its creator, I cannot share it, as it is up to the original owner and I would not betray their trust.

6● I believe that on the internet, things are not that obvious, especially in the field where I see I'm getting I am involved.

I decided to write this because, besides seeing conflicts online that I believe could have been easily avoided or solved through DMs, I have personally experienced two situations:

6.a. I found out that a random person made false accusations against me. I requested screenshots of these alleged accusations — because if I had done that thing, there would be records — but no proof was ever provided. Yet, my name was still being "smeared" over actions I never committed and for which no evidence exists.

6.b. I found out that some time ago, when I was just starting out, someone spoke badly about my account, accusing me of certain things. I believe it could have been easily clarified with a DM. I even found out that attempts were made to sabotage my account. I had no idea this was happening until just a few days ago — I notice about this happened nearly three years later.

I considered reaching out to the person to clarify things, today by day, but in the end, the problem technically "resolved itself" because without even knowing about this, I made some things that addressed what could have been solved with a simple, mature message.

I don't know if these two cases were driven by competitiveness in this field or by something else. Because in both cases I don't know the two people personally

Therefore, with this I am protecting myself in advance, since in both cases I had no way to properly "defend" or explain myself.

En caso de cualquier situación desagradable o incómoda.

1● Primero que todo, si hay algún problema o inconveniente con cualquiera de mis publicaciones —como si algo fue directamente ofensivo/incómodo contigo, si algún crédito no está claro o cualquier situación similar— te invito a contactarme por DM para que podamos hablarlo tranquilamente.

No tengo ningún problema en corregir cualquier error o malentendido; por favor házmelo saber para poder solucionarlo lo antes posible. No quiero conflictos y prefiero manejar las cosas por mensajes privados en lugar de participar en chismes o hablar a espaldas de otras personas.

Algo que realmente me entristecería y molestaría es verme en un problema que podría haberse evitado y resuelto fácilmente mediante una conversación madura y privada. Me considero una persona razonable y no tengo intención de hacer daño a nadie — al menos no de forma intencional — ni tampoco quiero que me hagan daño. Si cometo un error, estoy genuinamente dispuesto/a a enmendarlo cuando sea necesario y lo merezca.

También aclaro que, en asuntos sin importancia real o sin una ofensa auténtica de por medio, me reservo el derecho de decidir cómo manejarlos. Por ejemplo, si me pides que elimine una publicación simplemente porque personalmente te resulta ofensiva sin una justificación razonable, o porque no te gusta u odias que haya hecho una ilustración de un personaje que no te pertenece, puedo decidir no acceder a tu solicitud.

2● Todos mis personajes están representados como mayores de 18 años.
Por favor, tengan en cuenta que los cuerpos de tipo “petite” pueden existir en muejeres adultas.

Si alguna vez realizo o me encargan crear algún personaje u OC loli, se hará estrictamente como una versión +18 con rasgos más adultos. Mi límite es representarlos con un tipo de cuerpo petite adulto y un busto muy pequeño o plano con señales de adultez, ya que en la vida real existen mujeres adultas con poco o nada de busto.

"¡Oye! ¡Ese modelo es mío! ¡No digas que es tuyo!"
3● Quiero dejar en claro que no reclamo la autoría original de ningún modelo/carta que no haya creado personalmente. Solo reclamo el trabajo de edición que he realizado sobre él. Además, no estoy utilizando el modelo original que te pertenece.

"¡No puedes monetizar mi modelo!"
(Este punto podría actualizarse en el futuro)
4● Considero que no estoy utilizando directamente tu modelo, sino partes como el cabello o la ropa, que probablemente también edité. Por lo tanto, no creo estar cometiendo ninguna falta al respecto.

La única excepción que tengo, es si se trata de un modelo OC no comprado y entregado directamente por su autor original y/o dueño. En ese caso, pregunto si se me permite hacer fan arts libremente, cuáles podrían ser las posibles restricciones, si puedo realizar comisiones y si puedo monetizar contenido usando mi edit

5● Lo siento, pero lamentablemente no comparto, vendo ni distribuyo mis modelos y/o ediciones.

Existe un único caso puntual en el que he entregado un modelo y ese caso posee características particulares y excepcionales. Algo que sí puedo hacer es compartirte lo que usé de base, SIEMPRE Y CUANDO, sea que la obtuve en internet, si se trata de un modelo OC que llegué a conseguir de mano de su creador, no puedo compartirtelo lamentablemente, queda en decisión de su dueño original y no puedo traicionar su confianza

6● Considero que en internet las cosas no son tan obvias, especialmente en el ámbito en el que veo que me estoy involucrando.
Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos avisos, siéntete libre de escribirme por DM si realmente te importa que las cosas estén correctas y sean justas, porque a mí también me importa y me ayudaría tu feedback.

Decidí escribir esto porque, además de ver conflictos en internet que creo que se podrían haber evitado o solucionado fácilmente mediante DMs, personalmente he vivido dos situaciones:

6.a. Me enteré que una persona desconocida me hizo acusaciones contra mi, yo pedí ver screenshots de aquellas acusaciones de lo que se decía que comentí ya que si lo hice quedaría un registro de eso, y jamás llegaron las pruebas, pero se está "ensuciando" mi nombre por acciones que no he cometido y que además no existen pruebas

6.b. Descubrí que, hace algún tiempo, cuando recién empezaba, alguien habló mal de mi cuenta, acusándome de ciertas cosas. Creo que todo se habría podido aclarar fácilmente con un DM. Incluso supe que intentaron sabotear mi cuenta. No tenía idea de que eso había ocurrido hasta hace solo unos días —me enteré de esto casi tres años después.

Pensé en contactar a esa persona para aclararlo, incluso hoy en día, pero al final el problema técnicamente "se resolvió solo" porque, sin saberlo, hice algunas cosas que abordaban lo que se podría haber solucionado con un simple y maduro mensaje.

No sé si estos dos casos fueron motivados por competitividad en este rubro o por alguna otra razón. En ambos casos, no conozco personalmente a las dos personas.

Por eso, con esto me estoy protegiendo por adelantado, ya que en ambas situaciones no tuve forma de defenderme o explicarme de manera adecuada.
