I'm an assistant professor at  Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá - Colombia) and an external consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank. I got my Ph.D. in Economics at Southern Methodist University.

Welcome to my website! I'm interested in Development, Geography, Transportation, and Spatial Economics. I'm currently focused on the policy application of the general equilibrium geographical models, such as the indirect impacts of infrastructure in developing countries.
