CAR RAFFLE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Organization: Iglesia Apóstoles y Profetas Monte de los Olivos

Purpose: This raffle is conducted by Iglesia Apóstoles y Profetas Monte de los Olivos, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, solely to raise funds for the construction of our church.

Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.

Ticket Purchase: Each raffle ticket costs $100. Tickets must be fully paid to be valid. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Drawing Date: The drawing will take place on April 26, 2026 at 10 am, at 901 Oakgrove Dr. Houston, TX 77058

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random during the event. The winner must present the original raffle ticket to claim the prize.

Prize Conditions: The vehicle is awarded “as is” without additional warranties. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, title transfer fees, registration, insurance, and related costs.

Miscellaneous: Void where prohibited by law. The Church is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
