Developmental UB “Add On” Clinic = $215

• Training will focus on swing, circle, & casting skills
• Monday/Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 for 2 hours of additional Bar Training
• Offered for those who have competed in Level 4, 5, 6 or 7 (must have a kip)
• Training focuses on swing/circle skills for bars
• Enrollment is limited

Uneven Bar Release “Add On” Clinic = $315*

• Training will focus primarily on release moves and advanced swing skills on bars
• Tuesday/Thursday & Friday for a total of 8 additional hours of Bar Training
  • Tuesday - 5:30-7:30
  • Thursday - 3:30-5:30
  • Friday - 9:00-2:00
• Offered for gymnasts who have competed Level 8 and up
• Enrollment is limited
