Google Play or your Android device manufacturer may collect diagnostic or crash information if you have enabled the relevant reporting settings. Limited aggregated or anonymised diagnostic information may be made available to us through Google Play Console to help identify technical problems.

Android permissions shown by Google Play or your device settings should always match the permissions used by the version installed on your device.
The native Android App does not use cookies for behavioural advertising.

Google LLC and its affiliates: For Google Play distribution, billing, subscription management, security, diagnostics, refunds, and purchase verification.
Email-service providers: When you contact us by email.
Professional advisers or authorities: Where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, establish legal claims, protect users, or respond to valid lawful requests.
Service providers may process information only for their relevant operational purpose and under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Local study progress, optional names, preferences, and quiz information remain on your device until you clear the App’s data, use an available reset option, or uninstall the App.
Google retains payment and transaction information according to Google’s own policies. We may retain limited transaction summaries made available through Google Play for as long as required for subscription management, accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Support correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is reasonably required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we process.
These safeguards include:
Using Android’s private App storage for local information.
Avoiding an unnecessary remote student database.
Using Google Play Billing for payment processing.
Limiting access to support communications.
Using secure connections where network communication is required.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of personal information.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Request a portable copy of eligible information.

To make a request, email support@bytecraftenterprises.com.
We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Because study progress and quiz information are stored only on your device, we cannot remotely access, correct, export, or delete that information. You must clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App to remove it.
The App does not currently provide or require online user accounts. Therefore, there is no Byte Craft Enterprises cloud account that must be separately deleted.
To delete locally stored App information:
Use the App’s reset option, if available.
Clear the App’s storage through Android Settings.
Uninstall the App.
Deleting local App data does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.
To request deletion of information contained in customer-support correspondence, email:
support@bytecraftenterprises.com
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request – IGCSE Physics
Byte Craft Enterprises does not maintain a proprietary cloud database containing student names, progress, or quiz results.
Google and other service providers may process transaction, diagnostic, or support-related information in countries outside your country of residence. Such processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable data-transfer safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws.
Users may contact us if they have questions about their rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
App features change.
New service providers are introduced.
Google Play requirements change.
Legal or regulatory requirements change.
Our data-handling practices change.
The revised policy will display a new “Last updated” date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different data processing begins.
