RemindFlux — Privacy Policy

RemindFlux ("we", "our", or "the App") is a personal reminder application published by Influx Solutions, a trade name of 6774563 Canada Inc. ("Influx Solutions").

1. Information we store

• Reminder content you create (category, subcategory, date/time, person label, offsets, repeat settings, status, and history of actions).

• App preferences (theme color, font size, snooze duration, notification-related settings).

• Device-permission status needed for notifications and exact alarms.

• First-use date (to schedule optional home-safety check reminders).

• Legal acceptance record (that you accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use).

• If you create an account later: email address and optional first/last name for sign-in, purchases, and restore.

By default, reminder data is stored locally on your device. Core scheduling works on-device.

2. Information we do not collect

• We do not require your date of birth, home address, or phone number to use the App.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• Your reminder content is never sent to us or to advertisers.

3. Advertising (Free plan)

The Free plan shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure, and limit ads, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data. In regions where consent is required (for example the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the App asks for your choice before personalized ads are shown, and you can change it in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. RemindFlux Pro does not show ads.

4. Notifications

The App uses local device notifications to alert you at times you choose. Notification delivery can be affected by your device settings (battery optimization, Do Not Disturb, system permissions).

5. Purchases

RemindFlux Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your payment card details. The App receives only the subscription status from Google Play to unlock Pro features on your device.

6. Data retention and deletion

Reminders are kept on your device until you cancel/complete them or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes local App data from that device (an active Pro subscription can be restored via Google Play on the same account).

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the App to store sensitive information about minors beyond ordinary household scheduling.

8. Your choices

• You can change or clear reminders in the App.

• You can revoke notification / alarm permissions in system settings.

• You can change ad consent in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices (where available) or upgrade to Pro to remove ads.

• You can uninstall the App at any time.

10. Changes
