The 2023 International Conference on Fuzzy Theory and Its Applications (iFuzzy 2023) is hosted by the Taiwan Fuzzy Systems Association and National Penghu University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. This conference will take place in the beautiful island of Penghu, Taiwan, and present more than 200 papers submitted worldwide. This event provides scientists, engineers, and practitioners a great opportunity to present the latest design concepts, research results, developments, and applications and facilitates interactions between scholars and practitioners. 

  Organized sessions are also welcomed and incorporated into the Fuzzy 2023 program to broaden the scope and promote participation. Best paper and best student paper awards will be given to those with outstanding achievements. 

  Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Selected high-quality papers will be published in the Special Issues of Asian Journal of Control (SCIE) and International Journal of Fuzzy Systems (SCIE).
