Just back from Worlds in Japan. It was a big success. Thanks to the organizers and all the players and friends who made it there.

Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors
IFPA is now accepting nominations for the IFPA Board Of Directors for the term of January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028.
It is time again to elect IFPA's Board of Directors. On behalf of the Executive Director, Michal Rog, and the rest of the IFPA Board, we are putting out the CALL FOR NOMINATIONS. We are looking for nominations for the following Board Positions (minimally)
1. Executive Director
2. Assistant Executive Director
3. Treasurer
4. Secretary
and up to 3 more (optionally)
The nominations due on 30 September, 2026. Each position has a term of 2 years, 1 January 2027- 31 December 2028. You can nominate yourself or someone else to any of these positions. After the nomination period, IFPA will hold an election, where IFPA members are asked to vote on directors for the new term. Call for Bids for the 2027 World Footbag Championships
The International Footbag Players' Association (IFPA) is now accepting bids to host the 2027 World Footbag Championships.
How it works
The host club acts as Tournament Producer, securing venues and handling local arrangements, while IFPA manages the sporting side of the event (scheduling, judging, results, etc.).
Awarding Worlds well in advance gives both the organizers and the community more time to prepare. So the earlier you express interest, the better.
How to bid
You don't need a full, detailed proposal to start. Just let us know you're seriously interested, and we'll send you the online Host Application. The application is an interactive process: once all bids are in, IFPA will select the strongest option, working closely with each bidding party along the way.
