The registration form is available to complete online at the bottom of this page

Registrations must be accompanied by payment (Cheque or Bank transfer).

Accepted Methods of Payment

All registration fees should be paid in advance and made out to Persatuan Pustakawan Malaysia (PPM), mentioning E4GDH [abbreviation for this Satellite Meeting on Global & Disaster Health IFLA WLIC 2018].

Please do not forget to indicate your first and last name on the payment.

i. Payment by cheque

Make cheque payable to Persatuan Pustakawan Malaysia (PPM).

Full payment to be received by PPM by 16 August 2018 at the latest.

Letter of Confirmation / Payment Receipt

A letter of confirmation / payment receipt will be sent by email once the Secretariat (pustakawan55@gmail.com ) has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment.
